How it works
Claim your discount in three steps
We check every application by hand, usually within two hours during shop hours (10am–8pm).
- 1. Send us your detailsWhatsApp or email your organisation name, your registered charity, school or company number (or a link to your group), and the email address you will order with.
- 2. We approve your emailWe check your details and add your email address to our charity discount, then reply to confirm.
- 3. Order with code CHARITY10Choose your products online and enter CHARITY10 at checkout, using the email we approved. 10% comes off the printing.

What the discount covers

The discount comes off the printing price of every product in your basket. Same-day charges and delivery are not discounted.
Minimum £50 of printing
Your basket needs at least £50 of printing, not counting same-day charges and delivery.

How do we prove we qualify?
Send us your registered charity number, school name, CIC company number, or a link to your group's website or social media page. We check every application by hand.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The discount applies when your basket has at least £50 of printing. Same-day charges and delivery do not count towards the £50 and are not discounted.
Can we use it on every order?
Yes. Once your email address is approved, use code CHARITY10 on every order you place with that email.
Can we combine it with other offers?
No, the charity discount cannot be combined with other discount codes.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. Our account details appear at checkout and in your order email. Use your order number as the reference; Faster Payments normally arrive within minutes and we start as soon as yours lands.
