Artwork Guidelines

Good artwork makes good print. Work through this checklist and your order will come out exactly as you expect. A person checks every file before printing, and we will get in touch if we spot a problem.

Print-ready checklist

  • File format: PDF is preferred. JPG, PNG, TIFF, AI and EPS are also accepted.
  • Resolution: 300dpi at the final size for cards, flyers and stickers. 100–150dpi is enough for banners and large posters.
  • Colour mode: CMYK. We convert RGB files, but very bright on-screen colours can print slightly duller.
  • Bleed: run your background 3mm past every edge so no white lines appear after trimming. Banners and stickers are different – the product page tells you how much.
  • Safe area: keep text and logos at least 5mm inside the finished edge.
  • Fonts: embed them in your PDF or convert them to outlines.
