This policy explains what personal information UK Wiz Media Ltd collects when you visit our website or order from us, why we need it, who we share it with and what your rights are. - Contact and address details: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, billing address and delivery address.
- Order details: the products and options you choose, your order history, any notes you add and the artwork you send us.
- Payment details: when you pay by bank transfer, our bank statement shows us the name and account the payment came from. We keep this with your order record.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, WhatsApp or our contact form.
- Technical information: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, which our website and its security tools record automatically.
How we use it
- To take, print, deliver and support your order. We need this to carry out our contract with you.
- To contact you about your order, your artwork or your delivery.
- To keep accounting and tax records, as the law requires.
- To keep our website secure, prevent fraud and improve our service – our legitimate interests in running the business safely and well.
- To send you news or offers, only if you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only where needed, with:
- couriers and delivery partners, so they can deliver your order;
- the companies that host and support our website, email and IT systems;
- our bank, for payments and refunds;
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to message us there;
- our accountants and professional advisers; and

How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: 6 years, for tax purposes.
- Artwork files: up to 12 months, so we can reprint if you ask. Tell us if you want them deleted sooner.
- Messages: for as long as needed to deal with your order or question.
- Customer accounts: until you ask us to close yours.

Our website uses essential cookies to keep your basket, run the checkout and keep you signed in. If we use analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it and explain them here.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format and withdraw any consent you have given.
